Cancellation Policy

Readings must be cancelled by emailing the address given in the confirmation email no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments cannot be cancelled via posts, comments, or direct messages to any social media account. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "late cancellation".

Cardinal & Crow reserves the right to cancel services at any time for any reason. Belligerent, abusive, or intoxicated customers will immediately have their services terminated and be prohibited from all future services with Cardinal & Crow. 

Refund Policy

Payments for services cancelled no later than 24 hours prior can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled service according to customer's preference.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours before the service. Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the reader on a case-by-case basis. 

3 no-shows or late cancellations will result in the customer being prohibited from scheduling future services with Cardinal & Crow.
