By receiving a reading either in-person or online, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to Cardinal & Crow's terms of service as listed below:

1. We do not read on medical issues at all. This includes any diagnoses, issues around surgical outcomes, examination results, or fertility questions. Please see a qualified medical practitioner if you have any concerns about your health.
2. Our readings are not a replacement for consulting qualified and licensed legal, mental health, or medical professionals.
3. Basic readings are for one primary question only. Feel free to ask questions about the reading as it unfolds. However, unrelated questions will require a separate reading and fee. 
4. No mediumship readings are conducted in-store. Mediumship readings will be scheduled for an online session. 
5. Your reader reserves the right to end a reading at any time if they feel they are not suited to perform the reading or the sitter becomes belligerent, physically or verbally abusive, or otherwise risks the safety and/or dignity of the reader.
6. You have read and agreed to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Readings provide insight and advice, but all decisions and actions are yours to take and to take responsibility for. Your reader is not responsible for decisions you make as a result of the reading.
